Majnu Khes

Majnu khes are usually defined as patterned khes, prepared with a pure cotton thread called ‘soot’ or coarse thread.

Traditionally these were used as bedsheets/bedrunners in summers and coverlets in winters. It’s heavier than khes and lighter than a dhurrie (rug).
